I strive to create a safe, collaborative and inclusive healing space for all.
I have practiced massage therapy in Oregon for over sixteen years. In addition to my private-practice, I am an active faculty member at East West College of the Healing Arts where I teach a variety of massage & bodywork classes.
I specialize in creating a meaningful session plan with each client that truly suits their therapeutic goals. Treatment approaches range from gentle and restorative to deep and rehabilitative and everywhere in-between.
I offer primarily Western approaches (Neuromuscular/Trigger Point, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral as well as Swedish Massage) infused with the energetic principles of Shiatsu.
60-MINUTE WELLNESS BODYWORK * $90
(MASSAGE STUDENT RATE AVAILABLE WHEN BOOKING)

"Any time we visualize a muscle adhesion as something solid, we are in trouble. We have locked our movements and proprioceptive expectations into a position of therapeutic standoff. If the muscle tissue is met as a solid needing to be broken down, it will defend itself by hardening. Rather, if we move with the awareness that everything we touch , as well as the empty space pervading it, is primarily dense liquid that we are swimming in together, the body tensions will yield."
-David Lauterstein, The Deep Massage Book
